Get a Bilibili video as text
Paste a Bilibili video link or a b23.tv short link and get text an AI agent can read: the spoken transcript with timecodes, timed on-screen text, key points with quotes checked against the video, the title, uploader, date, tags, and like / favourite / comment counts. No CC subtitles needed, no login, no cookies.
Why this one is hard
Bilibili's risk control answers HTTP 412 Precondition Failed to requests from datacenter addresses — yt-dlp's BiliBili extractor included — so a server-side fetch of a video page reads nothing. What still answers is the embed player Bilibili publishes for other sites: rendered in a browser, it fetches the video's details and its audio and video streams itself. LinkDigest renders that player, through a residential exit when the direct render is refused, then transcribes the audio and reads the frames for on-screen text. CC subtitles are not needed; the transcript comes from the audio.
What comes back
Title, description, uploader, publish date, tags, view / like / comment / coin counts, transcript and sampled frames.
Plus the metadata every digest carries: title, author, platform, posted date and the source URL. Short links (b23.tv) and full video links, read since 2026-10-24 through Bilibili's own embed player — the public page it publishes for other sites. No login needed. A video that is private, deleted or still under review says so and is not charged.
Use it
Paste a link like bilibili.com/video/BV… or b23.tv/… into the console, or let an agent call it directly.
